Casino Control and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2023

This bill overhauls Queensland's casino regulation following the Gotterson Review, which found The Star Entertainment Group's casinos were facilitating money laundering, had deficient anti-money laundering programs, and encouraged people banned by interstate police to gamble in Queensland.
