Major Sports Facilities and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2025

This bill updates Queensland's major sports facilities and major events laws. It removes liquor licensing barriers so Gold Coast stadiums can host concerts until 10:30pm like Suncorp Stadium, significantly increases penalties for ticket scalping, modernises the Stadiums Queensland board, and improves the flexibility of event regulation.
