Electoral and Other Legislation (Accountability, Integrity and Other Matters) Amendment Bill 2019

It allows families to apply for cultural recognition orders that transfer legal parentage from birth parents to cultural parents, reflected on new birth certificates.
Integrity and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2023
This bill implements major integrity reforms recommended by the Coaldrake and Yearbury reviews.
