Disability Services and Other Legislation (Worker Screening) Amendment Bill 2020

This bill creates a nationally consistent worker screening system for the NDIS to better protect people with disability from harm. Working with Children Legislation (Indigenous Communities) Amendment Bill 2018

Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2018

This bill implements a 'No Card, No Start' policy requiring all workers in child-related employment to hold a valid blue card before commencing work.
