Heavy Vehicle National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2018

Tow Truck Bill 2023

This bill replaces Queensland's 50-year-old Tow Truck Act 1973 with a modernised framework for regulating tow trucks that remove crashed, seized or privately parked vehicles. Transport Legislation (Road Safety and Other Matters) Amendment Bill 2019
