Tow Truck and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2018

Tow Truck Bill 2023

It introduces a unified accreditation system, increases penalties for non-compliance, and strengthens consumer protections for motorists who may be vulnerable after a crash or whose vehicle has been towed from private property.
